South Ossetia opens to foreigners

South Ossetia has lifted limitations on foreigners entering the republic, Foreign Minister Murat Jioyev said, Gazeta.ru reports.

Limitations were imposed because of complications with the registration of some candidates for president. The situation is normalizing. Limitations were imposed on October 3 during the period of campaigning for the presidential polls planned for November 13.
