President of Abkhazia congratulates Vladimir Putin on his birthday

President of Abkhazia Alexander Ankvab, congratulated Prime Minister Vladimir Putin on his birthday today.
Ankvav noted the personal contribution of Putin in the strengthening of "good-neighborly and brotherly Russian-Abkhaz relations" and his support of the country.
