Krasnodar Territory Governor Alexander Tkachev receives Order of Merit third class

Today, President Dmitry Medvedev presented awards and honorary certificates
to 39 Russian citizens. Among those awarded were the president of the
Russian Academy of Sciences, Yuri Osipov, the editor-in-chief of the Russian
Information Agency RIA Novosti, Svetlana Mironyuk, first vice-president of the
LUKOIL oil company, the president and CEO of Bank VTB, Andrey Kostin, and
others.

The governor of Kuban, Alexander Tkachev, was awarded the Order of Merit
third class.
