Expert group of Russian Council for International Affairs holds session

Alexey Vlasov, Editor-in-Chief of Vestnik Kavkaza, has taken part in a session of the expert group of the Russian Council for International Affairs. The council consists of Russian foreign structures, such as diplomats, scientists, businessmen and state and public figures. The council is headed by former Russian Foreign Minister I.S. Ivanov.
