PACE co-reporters arrive in Georgia

Co-reporters of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) for Georgia Kastriot Islam (Albania) and Astrup Iensen (Denmark) arrived in Tbilisi this early morning. Kastriot Islam said that he will have meetings with authorities, opposition and the non-governmental sector, Georgia Online reports.

The PACE officials will study the situation in all spheres. They gave a positive rating to the passing of the bill on religious confessions.

Islam and Iensen plan to visit Batumi and Kutaisi. Their visit will continue until the end of this week.
