Nikolai Patrushev says unemployment is Caucasus' major problem

The Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, says 90 per cent of acts of terror committed in Russia are committed in the North Caucasus Federal District, Yuga.ru reports. 

Today the official addressed members of the Security Coucil gathered in Yessentuki.

'The situation remains hard," Patrushev said, adding that unemployment is the region's major problem.
