Alasaniya and Ivanishvili to unite their efforts

Georgian opposition politicians Irakly Alasaniya and Bidzina Ivanishvili are going to unite their efforts in struggling against the Saakashvili administration. 

A corresponding agreement was reached today at the politicians' meeting.

Irakly Alasaniya is one of the most prominent political opponents of President Mikheil Saakshvili, the former Georgian Ambassador to the UN and the head of the opposition "Our Georgia - Free Democrats" political party.

Bidzina Ivanishvili is a Georgian billionaire, who has recently announced that he intends to seek power.
