Regime of Counter-Terrorist Operation introduced in Dagestan

A Counter-Terrorist Operation (CTO) regime has been introduced in
several quarters of the Dagestani capital, Makhachkala, for the day of
Friday, RIA-Novosti reports.

During the CTO, law-enforcement bodies are able to check the documents of all
people in these areas and arrest those who lack official identification.
