Vigen Sargsyan becomes head of Armenian presidential office

Armenian President Serzh Sarkisyan has appointed Vigen Sarkisyan as head of the presidential office, Armenia Today reports.

He will replace Karen Karapetyan. Sarkisyan was a presidential advisor and then deputy head of the presidential office from 2009 before the latest appointment.
