Kadyrov: Bloods feuds reconciled in Chechnya

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov has said that all the conflicts between the blood feuds have been reconciled and therefore the Reconciliation Commission had been abolished, RIA Novosti reports.

The Commission was established in August of 2010 at the initiative of Kadyrov in order to reconcile all the blood feuds. The commission was headed by Kadyrov himself.

According to the commission, it has managed to settle 451 conflicts.
