SOCAR to build an oil plant in Turkey

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is going to build an oil plant in Turkey, APA cites SOCAR's president, Rovnag Abdullayev, as saying. 

The laying of the foundation stone is going to take place on October 25th.
