Russian interior minister and Chechen leader take part in charity

Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev and the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, have taken part in a charity program. 

The program is named 'Shield and Lyre' and aims to support families of killed members of the law-enforcement agencies.

Addressing the assembled policeman the minister thanked them for their hard work.
