Vladikavkaz holds counter-terrorism training

The National Counter-Terrorism Committee organized mass training in Vladikavkaz today. 30 sportsmen were “taken hostage”, RIA Novosti reports.

5 terrorists armed with SMGs and grenades took 30 people as hostages at the Manezh Sports Complex at the Iristonsky Municipal District. According to the scenario, a peaceful approach was followed by a violent response from the terrorists. In the ensuing operation, the hostages were rescued without injuries.
