Day of Mourning announced for Friday in Stavropol Territory

A Day of Mourning will be held in south Russia's Stavropol Territory on Friday in connection with a bomb attack late on Wednesday that killed at least 7 people, the vice-premier of the regional government, Sergei Ushakov, said, ITAR-TASS reports.
