Medvedev changes citizenship rules

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has changed the form of obtaining citizenship of Russia, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier rules required foreigners to present a migration card, permission for temporary residence in Russia. Now they only need residence permit, according to the decree of October 19.
