Azerbaijan is interested in Eurasian economic zone

The initiative of the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin about the possibility of establishing a Eurasian Economic Zone is rather interesting, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said in an interview to a Russian newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda."

Mammadyarov noticed that the economic platform is the only structure which unites us.

Speaking about economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia, Mammadyarov said that the trade turnover with Russia is growing steadily and the parties have reached even higher figures than those that were before the crisis period.
