Gaddafi’s family to sue NATO

Muammar Gaddafi’s family will sue NATO at the Hague Court.

Gaddafi’s family decided to file the suit 6 days after his death, Gazeta.ru reports.

NATO helicopters attacked Gaddafi’s convoy despite the lack of any threat. The murder was deliberate, Gaddafi’s French lawyer Marseilles Sessaldy says.

Gaddafi’s body underwent an autopsy but the National Transitional Council has not reported yet. Gaddafi’s family was indignant because Muammar was not buried on the next day after death, as the Muslim tradition demands, but was buried five days later.
