Round Table dedicated to 92nd anniversary of Azerbaijani Democratic Republic in RAPA

On the eve of the Azerbaijani Day of the Republic, the Russian Academy
of Public Administration under the Russian president held a round
table discussion: “The Azerbaijani Democratic Republic: historic
experience and lessons”. Well-known Russian and Azerbaijani scientists
– historians, politologists and journalists - participated in the
round table, VK reports.

The participants were attracted by the content-rich speeches of RAPA
professor, academician Afrand Dashdamirov, the head of the Independent
Consulting Center ‘For a Civil Society’, Eldar Ismailov, the head of
the Center of Caucasian Studies of the Russian State Universities for
the Humanities, Ismail Agakishiyev, and representative of the Center
Alexander Shubin.
