Rosen Plevneliyev becomes President of Bulgaria

Rosen Plevneliyev, member of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria, has won the second round of presidential polls with 52.5% of the vote, ITAR-TASS reports.

Ivaylo Kalfin, a member of the Socialist Party, received 44.7% of vote. 98% of ballot papers have been processed by the Central Electoral Commission so far.
