Armenian police chief receives official dismissal note

Armenian Police Chief Alik Sargsyan has officially confirmed his dismissal, 1news.az reports.

Deputy Defense Minister Vladimir Gasparyan will be the new Police Chief of Armenia. Sargsyan said that he had not been offered a different post. The president’s press service has not commented on the issue yet.
