Russia and China have given justified warnings to the IAEA, spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Ramin Mehmanparast said in Tehran today, ITAR-TASS reports.

Reports of the IAEA have often been used for political or propaganda purposes. The agency is involved in political games of certain states and is used as an instrument for pressure. The statements of Russia and China are natural and justified, Mehmanparast says.

Russia and China demanded the IAEA to avoid publishing details on the Iranian nuclear program last week. Publications on the military aspect of the nuclear program cannot be called timely, because it would ruin all the efforts of the six mediators (permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany) in starting a dialogue with Iran.
