Ukraine to pay for Russian gas in rubles

Ukraine and Russia agreed that Ukraine will be able to purchase Russian gas in rubles, RIA Novosti reports citing the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The agreement was reached at a meeting of the head of the Ukrainian National Bank, Sergey Arbuzov, with the acting Finance Minister, Anton Siluanov, along with the managements of the Bank of Russia and "Gazprom", which took place on October 26.
