Azerbaijan intensifies construction of marine vessels

Over the next 25 years, Azerbaijan will be in need of 250 more ships, 1news.az reports citing the Director of the Azerbaijani Investment Company, Afgan Isayev.

Isayev said that in 2013 the construction of a new shipyard will be completed in the Garadagh district.

The cost of the project amount to $ 425 million with ASE equity participation at 25% and of SOCAR – at 75%.
