Ahmadinejad: Iran to use "reason, logic and culture" to achieve its goals, not nuclear weapons

Iran does not need a nuclear bomb in order to achieve its goals. It intends to use not nuclear weapons, but "reason, logic and culture," Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said today, ITAR-TASS reports.

A revised progress report of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the nuclear potential of Iran is expected to be distributed this coming Wednesday. According to Western sources, this document contains new information that casts doubt on the peaceful purposes of the nuclear program of Iran. Ahmadinejad criticized the leadership of the IAEA, which according to him uses American anti-Iranian propaganda and avoids reporting on the nuclear arsenals of the US and its allies.
