Chechnya has started the second stage of the All-Russian Counter-Drug Campaign “Tell us where death is traded”. The Russian Federal Drug Control Directorate in Chechnya says that a decree was signed for the campaign, Grozny-Inform reports.

The second stage will be held until November 18th 2011. Law enforcers, executive authorities, media, public and religious organizations will take part in explanatory work.

Police Major Movla Gayrakhanov, head of the Group for Inter-Departmental Cooperation in Prevention of the Federal Directorate for Drug Control of Russia in Chechnya, said that measures will be taken in all districts of the republic. They will be aimed at prevention of drug spreading.

Indifference to the problem is one factor helping psychoactive substances to spread. Chechnya has a tradition for every man to monitor the behavior of young people and prevent all acts of disrespectful or immoral behavior. Drug dealers ignore the faith and traditions of Chechnya and break the institutions of family and society, Movla Gayrakhanov says.
