Counter-terrorism operations held in North Caucasus

The North Caucasus is holding a special operation in Dagestan’s Kaspiysk where two militants in a house were surrounded, RIA Novosti reports.

The special operation is being held at house N150 of the Alilov Str. The counter-terrorism regime was imposed at 4.20 am. The police are attempting negotiations with the militants. No shooting has happened yet.

A counter-terrorism regime was also imposed at Chegemsky and Baksansky Districts of Kabardino-Balkaria, Interfax reports.

The counter-terrorism regime at Baksan was imosed on the Streets of Karachayevo, Lomonosov and Kankoshev and the forest and mountain areas of the Baksansky and Chegemsky Districts at 7 am, the National Counter-terrorism Committee of Kabardino-Balkaria says
