South Ossetia to hold second round of voting on November 27

South Ossetia will hold the second round of presidential voting on November 27, South Ossetian CEC head Bella Pliyeva said.

According to results from 95 out of 96 polling stations, Anatoly Bibilov got 25.44% of vote, Alla Jidoyeva – 25.37%. A simple majority is sufficient for victory in the second round.
