Counter-terrorism regime lifted in Kabardino-Balkaria

The counter-terrorism regime has been lifted in Kabardino-Balkaria's Chegemsky and Baksansky Districts, RIA Novosti reports.

General-Major Sergey Kmenny, head of the operative headquarters and the Russian FSB Directorate in Kabardino-Balkaria, says that the regime was in force at Chegemsky and Baksansky Districts, the forest areas of the Lenchikay and Zayukovo Villages from Monday 1 pm.

The counter-terrorism at Baksan was in force on the streets of Karachayev, Lomonosov and Kankoshev from Monday 7.30 am. It was lifted at 11 am on Monday.
