Hailstorm in Rostov-on-Don

A hurricane has been registered in several districts of Rostov-on-Don, it was also hailing there, Interfax reports. Traffic came to a standstill, some cars were damaged by hailstones. Weather forecasters say there was no rain and sun was shining in other parts of the city.
