RusHydro to invest 0.5 billion rubles in Barsuchkovskaya dam in Stavropol Territory

The RusHydro Company will invest 455.5 million rubles in construction of the Barsuchkovskaya minor dam in Stavropol Territory, Yuzhny Okrug reports.

The dam has been founded today. It will produce 4.8 MW and will be launched in 2014.

RusHydro is the largest generating company in Russia, uniting 68 facilities of renewable energy. RusHydro has a total output of 26.1 GW, including the Sayano-Shushenskaya dam (6.4 GW), which is under reconstruction at the moment.
