Russia and EU approach visa-free regime

Russia and the European Union have adopted a  formation plan for a visa-free regime, Interfax reports on Thursday. 

According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the parties hope that the corresponding agreement will be approved during the December summit in Brussels.
