All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress to meet in Moscow

The All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress is going to meet in Moscow on November 25, 2011, 1news.az reports on Thursday.

130 people from 72 regions of Russia will take part in the event. Several Russian and Azerbaijani officials are expected to attend the meeting.
