Resorts of the North Caucasus plans to expand

State-owned company "Resorts of the North Caucasus" is going to

propose to the government to create a tourist operator on the basis a

federal corporation. According to "Kommersant," which cites

sources close to the company, "Resorts of the North Caucasus" proposes

to create a structure that would develop all resorts in the country,

not limiting its activities only to the the North Caucasus, reports

In addition, in the same presentation it was proposed to create the

Ministry of Tourism, which would consider the questions of tourist

industry more specifically than the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and

Youth Policy, and at a higher level than the Federal Tourism Agency

(Rosturizm).
