The Georgian private TV company Maestro has resumed broadcasting using relay-controlled lines, as satellite broadcasting has not been restored yet, Trend reports.

Broadcasting will be organized from the Maestro Radio building. General Producer Mamuka Glonti decided to leave the old building after two days of negotiations with the head of the Rustavi TV Company, Erosi Kitsmarishvili.

Glonti said that the company will be financed by a co-founder, Maka Asatiani, holder of 25% of shares of Maestro.

Kitsmarishvili took the building of Maestro with his security guards on Wednesday. He says he invested $4.5 million and blamed co-founders for stealing the finances. He also said that he may legally manage Maestro until 31 December 2012, according to the contract.
