Trans-Caucasus Highway closed

The Trans-Caucasus Highway connecting Russia and the Caucasus has been closed today due to bad weather conditions, Interfax-South cites Yulia Starchenko, press secretary of the local Emergencies Ministry, as saying.

The highway was closed due to heavy snow at 11.30 am.
