Sergey Mikheyev believes in just elections

As a result of elections to the State Duma, the United Russia party received 238 deputy mandates in the parliament.
 
Sergey Mikheyev, the director general of the Center of Political Conjuncture believes that the elections were surprising, since the ruling "United Russia" party expected to score more than 50 % and did not consider "A Just Russia," which showed good results at the elections, as a serious opponent.
