Putin promises to support North Caucasus

Addressing a meeting of his United Russia political party, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin promised that support for the North Caucasus would grow, the BBC reports.

He also said that the authorities are going to continue to struggle against terrorism and extremism.
