Pope Benedict XVI to meet Armenian president

Pope Benedict XVI will meet Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on December 12, Armenia Today reports.

Serzh Sargsyan invited the Pope to visit Armenia right after winning the presidential polls. The invitation was handed over by the Catholicos of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Karekin II, on his visit to the Vatican in 2008.
