2 billion rubles to be spent on housing for young families in Dagestan
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaOver 2 billion rubles will be spent on housing for young families in Dagestan as part of the federal purpose program for 2003-2010, the republic’s Chamber of Accounts said, RIA Novosti reports.
The program involves financing of 2.583 billion rubles, but only 417.2 million rubles of the sum (16.1%) have been provided. The program lacks 752.2 million rubles of financing from the republic’s budget, 321.7 million from municipal budgets, 819.1 million of non-budgetary finances and 70 million of reinvestment.
The program is to improve the housing conditions of 3,529 young families. But only 327 young families have gained support from the program (9.3% of those planned). Despite the contributions of 6 municipalities, there is still a lack of financing. Construction of housing lacks 204.383 million rubles.
The municipalities of Kaspiysk, Dagestanskiye Ogni and the Kumtorkalinsky District lack the necessary technical conditions and infrastructure, resulting in houses left unsettled. The price excess for construction totals 5.146 million rubles.
