Kabardino-Balkaria days in the Federation Council

The Russian Federation Council (FC) of the Federal Assembly will hold
Kabardino-Balkaria days on 8-9 June. The senators will review the
opportunities in the North Caucasian territory, RIA Novosti reports.

The FC committee will hold extended sessions, with the participation
of the state structures of Kabardino-Balkaria, on education and
science, social policy and healthcare, industrial policy, youth
issues, tourism and culture .

They will also consider transport infrastructure, the prospects of the
Tyrniauzskiy region, wolframium-molybdenum extraction, demographic
policy, tourist-recreation activities and state support for cultural
development.

An exhibition will be held in the Federation Council building on
innovations and the best industrial enterprises. Visitors will have an
opportunity to learn about the culture, traditions and ornaments
produced in the republic.

The President of Kabardino-Balkaria, Arsen Kanokov, and the chairman
of parliament, Anuar Chehenov, will make speeches in the FC.
