Kadyrov’s stallion wins President’s Cup

A chestnut named Khorezm won the President’s Cup at the horse meet on
Tuesday at the Rostov hippodrome. The chestnut’s owner is the Chechen
President, Ramzan Kadyrov.

The prize is a bronze cup that looks like a sculpture of a horse with
a rider. The prize was awarded by the First Vice-Premier of Russia,
Victor Zubkov, RIA Novosti reports.

Second and third places were taken by horses from the equestrian club
of the Tatarstan Interior Ministry – Sunshine Lemon and Art Master.
This year the prize was 7 million rubles.
