Anniversary CIS summit to be held on December 19

Almost all the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States' member countries are going to take part in the organization's anniversary summit that is going to be held in Moscow on December 19th, 2011, Interfax reports.

The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was established in 1991 in order to replace the former Soviet Union.
