Direct flights connect Astana and Tehran

Tehran has hosted a presentation regarding the launch of direct and
regular flights to the Kazakh capital - Astana, a VK correspondent
reports, citing the Kazakh Foreign Ministry's press office.
Representatives of foreign ministries and the top management of the
airline company "Mahan Air" attended the presentation. According to
the agreement reached between Kazakh aviation authorities and "Mahan
Air", the flights will start on June 16th 2010. There will be flights
to Astana three days a week - Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
