Over 116,000 families in Armenia to receive social aid

The Armenian government approved social support for 116,000 families on December 15, Minister for Labour and Social Affairs Artur Grigoryan said, PanArmenian reports.

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said that social aid will be offered for low-income families. The budget of 2012 will have pensions and social benefits increased by 10%.
