Fireworks sales banned in South Ossetia

South Ossetian Interior Minister Valery Valiyev has banned sales of fireworks, Res reports.

The police are inspecting shops. Violators will undergo an administrative punishment.

Most fireworks imported are of unknown origin and quality. The ministry urged the population to protect their children from purchasing and using fireworks.
