Ramazan Abdulatipov awarded by Russian president

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree awarding citizens. Among them was Ramazan Abdulatipov, a native of Dagestan, head of the state educational center the Moscow State University for Culture and the Arts, Medvedev’s official website says.

Abdulatipov was awarded the Order of Honour for development of culture and arts for his long work.
