SOCAR starts negotiations on purchase of 25% of Turcas Petrol

TURCAS Petrol and SOCAR (State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic) have started talks on the purchase of a 25% share in Turcas Petrol by SOCAR-Turcas, Trend reports.

SOCAR is also negotiating the purchase of 18.5% in SOCAR-Turcas in the construction of a refinery in Izmir.
Turcas and SOCAR make up a joint venture co-owned by Petkim.
