The International Court of Justice approved the Georgian lawsuit against Russia but that would not be followed by serious repercussions, Grigory Trofimchuk, Vice-President of the Center for Modeling of Strategic Development, told Vestnik Kavkaza.


Georgia has made a mass of such anti-Russian attempts. European media stirred up the public while Russian media was reluctant. Georgia has nothing else besides PR to stay up. Europe would forget about Georgia if it stopped filing lawsuits, he believes.


Russian ties with Western Europe would not worsen. Even complaints about elections would not cause problems, the political analyst believes.
