Zaur Khizriyev becomes head of Grozny

The Grozny Council of Deputies of the second calling have unanimously elected Zaur Khizriyev as their chairman. He has also become head of the republic's capital, Grozny .

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Kadyrov’s administration and government Magomed Daudov and other officials were at the session.
