Shiite leader of Iraq meets Turkish foreign minister

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu is on a visit to Iran where he will meet Shiite leader of Iraq Muqtada al-Sadr, Trend reports.

The sides will discuss the situation in Iraq and the Syrian crisis.

Davutoglu started his two-day visit to Iran on Wednesday. He discusses bilateral, regional and international issues, including the situation in Syria and Iraq and the Iranian nuclear program.
